Why I Created This
After mentoring hundreds of trained coaches over the years, I began to see the same pattern again and again.
They didn’t lack skill, training, or commitment.
They weren’t afraid of doing the work.
They were stuck trying to find the words.
Words that felt true.
Words that reflected who they were becoming.
Words that didn’t force them into someone else’s language or formula.
Most were thinking themselves in circles, unable to step back far enough to see their own work clearly.
I created this guide to help you step out of that fog long enough to recognize what your life has been preparing you for, and to name it in a way that feels honest and grounded.
So that you can move forward with integrity and ease.

For over 30 years, I’ve worked with people at life and work thresholds — moments when the old way no longer fits, but what’s next isn’t fully formed.
My work is about helping people listen inward, trust what they hear, and bring their soul’s work into the world in a way that feels real and grounded.
